Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for young clients based on behavior analytics.
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
  • Monitor treatment progress, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with families to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, emphasizing individual motivation and engagement to foster ongoing progress.
  • Maintain accurate data collection and treatment records.
  • Promote a positive, supportive work environment that aligns with our organization's mission, vision, and values.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $75-$95 per hour (direct billable hours), plus indirect time for travel reimbursement, training, and mentoring.
  • SIGN ON BONUS: Eligible candidates can receive a $5000 bonus after completing 400 billable hours within six months.

    • Bi-weekly pay with up to 2 weeks paid time off, based on hours worked, and up to 12 floating holiday hours.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
