About the Job:
This role requires a thorough understanding of human resources, safety, and benefits management. The successful candidate will develop and deliver targeted training programs to address identified competency gaps and support continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs; evaluate trainee performance; schedule and coordinate training sessions; document all training activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; 2-5 years of related work experience; excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in using training software and tools.
