Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, you will coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to deliver the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, ensuring patient safety.
Scope of Patient Care:
The patient care provided may encompass:
- General Medicine/Surgical
- Intensive Care Services
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Pediatrics
- Emergency Care
- Oncology
- Peri-operative
- Geriatrics
- Outpatient Services
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Training:
1. Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations is preferred.
3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy is required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
4. BLS and ACLS certification is preferred.
Compensation:
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranges from $56.00 to $80.00. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, considering various factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
