Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through effective collaboration, communication, and facilitation of optimal provision of care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient plans of care from admission to discharge.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement, and support patient care plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and maintain current knowledge of basic healthcare economics, trends, and reimbursement methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements.
