Role Overview:
GTE Financial is seeking a skilled Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business members, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase business membership and growth in business deposits and loans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business members, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify potential needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze creditworthiness and make recommendations for loan approval or denial.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and operations, to ensure smooth execution of business transactions.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business banking or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of business lending principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
