Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our prescription filling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Process prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and measure medications
  • Computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software
