Position Summary:
The Revenue Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of revenue-generating sectors. This role includes managing original documentation, producing summaries of critical data, and providing assistance in various accounting functions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold a Culture of Service, ensuring all team members provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
- Execute comprehensive revenue audits.
- Safeguard original records.
- Compile recaps and summaries of vital data.
- Support additional accounting tasks as required.
- When necessary, scan Vouchers identified during the Voucher Audit Procedures that were paid but not scanned due to system issues.
- Ensure departmental adherence to all regulatory, organizational, and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and events.
- Perform any other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move physically with reasonable accommodations.
- Respond promptly to visual and auditory signals.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
- Function effectively in mentally and physically demanding situations.
Work Environment:
The workplace is characterized by bright lighting, elevated noise levels, and challenging scenarios.
