Your Role as an HVAC/Refrigeration Assembly Technician

As an HVAC/Refrigeration Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality training systems. You will be responsible for assembling and testing various HVAC and refrigeration components, ensuring they meet strict specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble HVAC and refrigeration systems, subassemblies, or components with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure system performance conforms to established standards.
  • Document and maintain manufacturing procedures for assigned devices, contributing to process improvement.
  • Solder copper tubing effectively, demonstrating proficiency in this essential skill.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot defects or errors in components, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician or in a similar assembly role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
