As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the nursing management of patients and staff in your assigned area, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage patient care and staff in your assigned area
* Collaborate with unit managers and directors to develop and revise unit policies and protocols
* Serve as departmental liaison and first line of contact with patients, providers, and staff
* Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety

Requirements:

* Associate\u2019s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
* One year of Charge Nurse experience in a hospital setting or more than one year of clinical or management experience
* CPR certification
* Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license

Preferred Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Nursing
* National Certification in clinical specialty care
