Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide services for students in grades K-12 in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Work collaboratively with school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' physical therapy needs
- Communicate regularly with parents and school staff to ensure students' progress and needs are met
- Minimum 1+ years of physical therapy experience
- Active or pending Michigan state PT license
- Previous school experience preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
