Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Forecasting: Assist in creating financial forecasts and projections for new and existing projects, gathering and analyzing data to support accurate and reliable financial models, and collaborating with the Financial Analysis team to validate assumptions and ensure accuracy.
  • Deal Underwriting: Support the team in conducting due diligence and financial analysis for prospective real estate deals, evaluating financial feasibility and risk assessment of potential projects, and participating in financial modeling to assess investment returns and profitability.
  • Construction and Budgeting Efficiency: Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in the construction and budgeting process, analyze existing workflows and procedures, and recommend enhancements or automation where applicable.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze financial and market data to generate meaningful insights, prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial analysis and recommendations, and assist in the preparation of investor presentations and materials.
  • Huddles & Department Meetings: Participate in daily huddles and department meetings.
Required Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of technical software specific to the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High regard for quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in real estate development and asset management is preferred.
