We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Resort Hospitality Associate to join our team at The Club Lodges at Trillium Resort in beautiful Cashiers, NC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional stay with us.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This is a full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends, offering a competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support to guests and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate records and resolving guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a resort or hotel setting
