Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security rounds to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and maintain security equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support to residents and team members as needed
  • Conduct fire and disaster drills to ensure preparedness and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two to three years of applicable experience in security or a related field
  • State-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
