Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at OC Welch Ford Lincoln, Inc. in a high volume, fast-paced domestic dealer environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and maintaining accuracy and proficiency at the highest level.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a clean driving record and valid driver's license are maintained.
Requirements
  • Express tech experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
  • Must have own transportation, tools, and a willingness to continue training.
