About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with sales and inventory processes, including processing customer transactions, counting inventory, and rotating stock.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
