Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
