We are currently in search of a skilled CDL Truck Driver. This role involves primarily in-state driving, with approximately 85% of the work being local.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 26' flatbed vehicle.
  • Efficiently load and unload freight.
  • Communicate any issues or incidents to management promptly.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in truck driving or related fields is essential.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test, physical examination, background check, and maintain a clean driving record.

This position is classified as safety-sensitive.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, paid time off, 401K plan, and paid holidays.
  • $500 signing bonus after 90 days of continuous employment, with an additional $500 after 180 days (applicable to new hires and re-hires who have not been employed by HACI for over a year).

This is a full-time role offering excellent benefits.
