Body Repair Specialist

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to prepare accurate repair plans.
  • Ensure all necessary repairs are identified to minimize supplements and optimize repair time.
  • Plan and execute work procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels, using various tools and equipment.
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools, including welders, sanders, and spray guns.
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
  • 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
  • Successful completion of background check required.

Physical & Environmental

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned is required.
