Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridal Fashion Consultant to join our team at Panache Bridals, a luxury-wedding gown shopping destination. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert styling and fashion advice, and exceeding sales goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, preferably in bridal stores, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be passionate about bridal fashion and committed to helping brides find their dream dress. With a strong focus on product knowledge, you will be able to promote our top designers and company promotions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert styling and fashion advice to brides
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive merchandising and fashion styling
  • Promote our top designers and company promotions effectively
  • Assist new brides through an unforgettable experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve store-wide sales goals
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Bridal retail/sales experience
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in an environment with high-volume sales
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player that enjoys working with diverse population
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Educated in garment fits & fabrics
  • Hourly + High Commission
