Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at South Sound Behavioral Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of South Sound Behavioral Hospital.
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing, with a valid Washington State RN license.
- At least three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Exceptional crisis management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.00 - $55.00, with up to $9,000 retention bonus annually.
