Nurse Care Specialist

Salary: $26.00 per hour
Job Description: Our Private Duty nurses assist patients with a range of needs, including administering medication, treatments, and therapies. You will also be responsible for patient assessments, coordination of care, and compliant documentation of care provided. Additionally, you will work closely with physicians, family members, and Case Managers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice. Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS is also required. Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is essential for this position.
