Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Southborough, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that reflect patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
- Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Ensure complete, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
- Identify and act upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
- Participate in additional department, organization, or network activities to achieve established objectives.
- Uphold the PCC Organizational Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- 3 years of experience as a licensed PT.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
- Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them.
- High level of service delivery.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to detail.
