The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the Bolt Management team, responsible for ensuring the community and grounds are well-maintained and safe for residents. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, performing maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community and grounds to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that maintenance services are provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that all maintenance records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and concerns.
- 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
