Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent training preferred.
  • Valid, unrestricted CNA license from at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the US.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNA or equivalent training within the last three years.
  • Basic Life Support certification, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
