Brokerage Director

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Broker to lead our real estate brokerage in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. As a Designated Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the professional real estate practices within your jurisdiction and managing all sales and broker licensees affiliated with HomeSmart DMV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and advice to brokers and agents on company policies, procedures, and real estate matters.
• Maintain accurate records of real estate transactions, listings, and brokerage contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed broker with active licenses in MD, DC, and VA.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions, listings, and brokerage management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
