Job Summary

This position is located in Richvale, CA, and involves selling new and used Ag equipment to customers in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue within assigned accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain specific accounts and work on growing revenue within those accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies with the sales manager.
  • Analyze data to find efficient sales methods.
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  • Present products and services to prospective customers.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Monitor competition within the assigned region.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the sales manager.
  • Work with sales and rental coordinators in processing paperwork on sales and rental transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Challenger products and other Ag-related equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Estimated Salary Range: $30,000 annual base plus commission
