OUR OPERATING HOURS:
Our facilities are open seven days a week, providing flexible access to care.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role involves conducting x-ray examinations, utilizing knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to ensure patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include operating diagnostic equipment, developing imaging films, and preparing examination rooms with necessary supplies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are essential to this position:

  • Greet patients promptly upon arrival in various areas.
  • Maintain clear communication with patients regarding wait times and next steps.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with urgency.
  • Assist front desk staff with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Accurately record patient vital signs and relevant medical history.
  • Support patient transfers and assist with procedures under supervision.
  • Ensure timely completion of radiology procedures for physician evaluation.
  • Perform quality control checks to uphold imaging standards.
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development in diagnostic imaging.
  • Maintain necessary licensure and certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification.
  • ARRT Certification and/or an Arkansas State X-Ray License.
  • Preferred experience as a Medical Assistant.
