Position Overview:

Cypress HCM is in search of a talented Visual Communication Specialist who will be responsible for the development and execution of various design assets. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, print-ready and digital materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, video production, content creation, and social media, to transform concepts into engaging visual representations, with a strong focus on layout and presentation.

The selected individual will partner with the CPG Design team to generate both visual and digital materials for consumer branding, as well as B2B product assets when necessary. This position involves working alongside global team members across various departments such as content, video, web design, product marketing, channel marketing, and digital marketing to fulfill graphic requests and update existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new designs and adapt existing artwork into various formats.
  • Ensure artwork meets the technical specifications for both digital and print distribution.
  • Organize elements like text, images, and graphics in a visually appealing manner, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Prepare files for printing or digital use, including setting up necessary specifications such as bleeds and color profiles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet project timelines while producing quality creative assets that uphold brand integrity.
  • Oversee processes and deliver creative content across campaigns, new product launches, asset creation, imagery, video, social media, and website direction.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a graphic design production artist or in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines independently.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop.
  • Experience in design for technology companies or manufacturers is advantageous.
  • Commitment to staying updated on design trends and tools.
