Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Die Assembler to join our team at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing dies, tools, and fixtures with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints and plans to visualize the final form of dies, parts, and tools
  • Set up and operate machine tools, such as manual grinders and other equipment
  • Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments
  • Fits and assembles jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies using wrenches, hammers, and hydraulic presses
  • Troubleshoot poor-performing tools and identify deficiencies for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment with die assembly and installations
  • Experience with grinders and other related equipment
  • Math skills up to basic trigonometry
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
