Position Summary
We are currently in search of a Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across the production floor, thereby fostering a safe and productive manufacturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly sweep and maintain cleanliness in production areas to prevent debris accumulation.
- Sanitize equipment, workstations, and machinery to uphold hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Collect and dispose of waste generated during production processes in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to spills and accidents promptly, ensuring a safe working environment through effective cleanup.
- Coordinate with production staff to plan cleaning activities during operational downtimes.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and break areas, restocking supplies as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Document cleaning activities and communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with various production-related activities.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitization tasks.
- Collaborative spirit to work effectively with production teams and other staff members.
