Job Title: Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our team at Atlantic Vision Partners. As an Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive family eyecare to our patients in a friendly and caring environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat visual problems and ocular diseases
  • Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage patients' overall health and well-being
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry and eye care technology
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
  • Active state license to practice optometry
  • Strong knowledge of ocular diseases, conditions, and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
