About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fragrance Expert to join our team at Fragrancenet. As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate selling, incentive, and product knowledge strategies to drive sales and meet sales goals
* Maintain awareness of all sales promotions and effectively communicate them to customers
* Replenish sales floor as needed to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing environment
* Execute store maintenance checklist, including service desk, to ensure a clean and tidy store
* Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all professional interactions
* Effectively adjust to different customer personalities and provide personalized service
* Operate computerized register system and use common tools
* Demonstrate a strong achievement drive to meet and exceed sales goals
* Strengthen and develop relationships with existing customers
* Demonstrate flexibility when faced with changing priorities and work environments

Requirements:

* Previous retail experience or relevant customer service experience
* Proven track record in achieving sales results
* Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team-building skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work with a diverse client base
* Exceptional attention to detail
