Avera St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate specialized radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
- Position anatomy, use proper breathing instructions, and select proper technical factors to produce quality radiographic images.
- Perform all necessary computer operations to ensure proper examination documentation.
- Oversee radiology office operations in the absence of clerical staff.
- Participate in the instruction, supervision, and evaluation of students and other staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- BLS certification required.
- Hospital experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Varied shifts; PRN
- Occasional weekend/holiday
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $37.75 per hour, with actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
