We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients in the Arlington, Mt Vernon, Kingstown, Woodbridge, Manassas, and Centreville areas.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
