Job Summary

Vintage Wine Storage is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, invoicing, and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cordinate customer interactions, including move-ins, complaints, and work orders
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute wine tastings, promoting customer engagement and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
