Position Summary
The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for developing and presenting bid documents while accurately estimating project costs. This role is essential in providing detailed information that enables Project Managers to execute projects profitably.

Qualifications

  • Analyze project documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Develop itemized lists of materials and labor requirements.
  • Consult with clients and vendors to clarify project specifications and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance.
  • Maintain organized records of all estimates and bid results for future reference.
