Tele Neurology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Tele Neurology Nurse to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This is a full-time, night position that requires 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through telehealth services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients remotely.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in neurology.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- One year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
