Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 2+ years of experience in clinical specialty, preferably in behavioral health
- Nursing Certification in specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
