About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, promoting social-emotional growth, and fostering a love of learning in our students. You will work collaboratively with your co-teacher to create a positive and inclusive school environment that supports the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Balanced Learning curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school community
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues through regular updates and progress reports
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education
Salary and Benefits
  • A salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
