Job Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care following established protocols and standards within our healthcare system.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Primary Duties:
- Implement medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and quality of life.
- Build effective relationships with patients and families to create personalized care plans.
- Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Educational Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent education for licensure.
Experience:
- No prior experience necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent communication, standing, walking, and lifting of light objects.
- Occasional handling of heavier items and patient mobility.
- Regular visual and auditory engagement for patient assessment.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure as per state regulations.
