Key Responsibilities- Safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus.
- Maintain accurate resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Verify the identity of medications brought into the health campus by newly admitted residents.
- Follow health campus policies and procedures for the destruction of medications.
- Participate in daily nursing reports and electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs, including personal hygiene, dressing, lifting, and transporting.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when necessary.
As a Certified Medication Aide at Trilogy Health Services, you will have the opportunity to travel to various locations within our footprint, including Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Kentucky.
