The Dalmar is currently in search of a **Housekeeping / Room Attendant**. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all guest accommodations are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards at our esteemed property. This involves duties such as replacing linens, making beds, and thoroughly sanitizing each room to guarantee a comfortable experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing any guest inquiries related to their accommodations, ensuring that rooms are stocked, pristine, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms.
  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols, brand standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Utilize cleaning products, tools, and safety equipment correctly and responsibly.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by management.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Arrive punctually and in the designated uniform for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a recognized brand.
  • Understanding of housekeeping principles, cleaning techniques, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
This position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
