About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instrument Craftsman/Expert Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair services team, you will provide exceptional craftsmanship and maintenance for customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers, providing personalized service and support.
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of expertise and attention to detail.
  • Maintain store-owned gear and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
  • Complete warranty repairs and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of guitar repair and maintenance techniques.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Benefits

Guitar Center offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - 75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement options.
