Multifamily Property Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Multifamily Property Technician to join our team at Odin Properties. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily apartment community.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment maintenance and possess well-rounded skills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. You will work closely with our property manager to prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers in an efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities- Organize and prioritize work orders and turnovers.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding work orders and report to the property manager daily.
- Keep the maintenance area organized and clean.
- Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
- 2 years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to support and contribute to the team.
- Positive attitude and neat appearance.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
