This position is Per Diem with flexible shifts tailored to the unit's requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and emotional well-being through interviews, examinations, and clinical data analysis.
- Utilize your analytical skills to address challenges and achieve favorable patient outcomes.
• Exhibit expertise in assessing, responding, and modifying care plans to align with the needs of the patient population served by CMC.
- Act as a mentor for your colleagues.
- Engage in various clinical committees to promote exceptional care and foster positive patient outcomes.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in an acute care environment is highly desirable.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of NH.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred.
- BSN is strongly preferred.
