Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize forklifts and cherry pickers to efficiently move and organize inventory.
  • Engage in the receiving and shipping processes of all goods.
  • Support warehouse supervisors with sorting and placing items in designated stock areas.
  • Maintain orderly and safe shipping environments; ensure all equipment is stored in safe and efficient locations.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report incidents as per company guidelines.
  • Notify supervisors of shortages, excess loads, damaged items, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Take responsibility for personal and co-worker safety in the workplace.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a service-oriented attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company dress standards.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistent, reliable attendance.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Safeguard and uphold the confidentiality of company trade secrets and proprietary information.
  • Complete assignments and projects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Valid 1, 4, 5 CERT for operating forklifts and cherry pickers.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable with the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
  • Competent in computer skills.
  • Able to foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Work independently while employing effective problem-solving techniques.
  • May be required to work on Saturdays for inventory purposes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism in managing time and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to handle multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
