At Otter Learning, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. As an Early Childhood Learning Professional, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive experiences that promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and education, with a strong ability to plan and direct age-appropriate activities. You will work closely with our team to prepare children for kindergarten using our comprehensive curriculum.

We operate Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, and offer flexible part-time roles (15+ hours/week) or on-call positions. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, holding a high school diploma or GED, and having previous experience in childcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Activity Planning: Design and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team to create and implement a comprehensive kindergarten readiness program.
  • Childcare Support: Assist with daily childcare tasks, including feeding, changing, and nap time, ensuring the well-being and safety of our children.

We estimate a salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
