Job Summary:

At Synectics Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing production data, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall quality and timely delivery of our fragrance manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on production metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Update SOP, JSA, and other key documents as well as implement and train the teams on the changes required.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support company-wide objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Participate on problem-solving activities.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or coursework completed on Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • College level senior students or grad students.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft applications.
  • Must understand and comply with all Safety and PPE regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Must be able to work in a chemical compounding environment.
  • Be capable of lifting.
