Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently, fostering a welcoming and customer-centric atmosphere.
  • Track personal performance metrics regularly to assess success and surpass assigned sales and productivity targets.
  • Engage with company-provided training materials to enhance product knowledge, operational procedures, and performance objectives.
  • Assist management with system processing and inventory management.
  • Wear our Personalized Arch Supports and become an enthusiastic advocate for our brand and mission.

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: Average earnings range from $43,000 to $60,000 annually, based on an average hourly wage, plus a tiered commission structure. Many of our Arch Support Specialists surpass this average, and there is no cap on commission earnings.

Store Operating Hours

Monday – Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM
Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of retail experience (preferably in commission-based sales).
  • Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Competitive spirit and self-motivated attitude.
  • Positive, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and kneeling.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capable of ascending or descending ladders.

Additional Requirements

  • Retail experience of at least one year (commission-based sales experience preferred).
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic).
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to solve complex problems under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to measure and fit clients for the appropriate size of our Good Feet products.
