Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical exams and take medical histories to diagnose and manage adult patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide routine and preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and wellness checks.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens in accordance with state regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in community outreach and health education programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- NP or PA license required.
- Minimum 3 years of primary care experience required.
- Experience in a non-profit setting preferred, but not required.
- Must have friendly and professional skills.
The annual base salary range is $120k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation will be finalized at the time of offer.
